Restore operates with a full-time staff of 15 people from all different backgrounds and walks of life. We consider our staff ‘urban missionaries.’ All of our staff participate in our Leadership Mentoring Program, which is a full-time commitment. Our Leadership Mentoring Program requires participants to move into a community in need as a framework for all of the lessons and training they receive. Within this framework of living together as a family we are able to teach and impart the leadership lessons more fully to our participants. Living together in community allows us to more effectively minister to the people in our city, and to teach our staff the valuable life lessons that shape them into the amazing leaders they are called to be.
